As we enter an extraordinary, challenging time, the vast effects of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic are far-reached globally. Ainsworth Game Technology Ltd (“AGT”) thoughts are with the whole community and is committed to the safety and health of all our employees, with practises now enforced following the guidance of the Australian Government and health authorities.

Our thoughts are also with our valued customers during this difficult period. We are all in this unprecedented and unimaginable situation and we pledge to support the entire gaming community in every way we can to ensure we all come through this together. You have our utmost support as you navigate through the mandatory, temporary, closures imposed and the repercussions, both financially and emotionally.

AGT would like to reassure our customers that we will do whatever we can to assist through this hardship. Outlined below are some of the measures we will be implementing:

  • Games Plus payments: All April payments will be deferred for 30 days. This will be evaluated on a month by month basis and customers will be notified accordingly.
  • Service Contracts: Payments will be suspended for the period that closures are enforced.
