We're delighted to share the upcoming training schedule for both Gaming Venue Staff Training and Connecting with Patrons workshops. Spread across six locations in Brisbane and Redlands, we're offering these sessions at Hotel Richlands, Mansfield Tavern, Aspley Hornets, Alexandra Hills Hotel, Coorparoo RSL and Community Club, and Broncos Leagues.
The training sessions will be running continuously from mid-August to early November, as detailed in the link provided below. Please refer to the attached information for both workshops. Each day, the two trainings will run consecutively.
The duration of each workshop is approximately 120 minutes. After completing the training, every participant will be awarded a Certificate of Attendance. These are in-person sessions and don't include a virtual component.
It's important to note that this training isn't only for gaming staff but also extends to duty managers, senior managers, and board members. We'd like to emphasize that this training comes at no cost to all participants
