Hello all,
We are pleased to announce our remainder training dates and times for both the, Gaming Venue Staff Training and Connecting with Patrons trainings. We have 6 locations across Brisbane and Redlands for training. Trainings will be at these following locations Mansfield Tavern 6 Sept, Aspley Hornets 12 Sept, Alexandra Hills Hotel 17 Oct, Coorparoo RSL and Community Club 24 Oct and Broncos Leagues 8 Nov. These trainings are from early September until early November as per the link below. Please find attached information about both trainings. Trainings are back to back on each day.
At each training location the trainings are as follows:
Gaming Venue Staff Training 8.30 am – 10.30 am
Connecting with Patrons 11 am - 1 pm
Upon completion each staff member will receive a Certificate of Attendance. These trainings are face to face and no virtual component is offered.
This training is not only for gaming staff but for duty managers and senior manager as well as Board Members. Please note this training is free of charge to all participants.
