The QHA Training Department is now reintroducing classroom-based training which was suspended during the COVID-19 emergency. Conditions are such that we can now return to delivering RMLV and Gaming Nominee Training (GNT) throughout the state, in a safe manner for participants and trainers. We will be ensuring that hygiene and social distancing practices are followed in accordance with our COVID-19 Safety Plan and Stage 3 restrictions.
RMLV/GNT Video Connect (the video conferencing delivery option) will remain a part of our suite of training courses. These have proved popular for hotel staff who have become more confident in using video conferencing technology e.g. Zoom.
