The QHA awards are recognised as the most prestigious awards in the hospitality industry, honouring the achievement of excellence in a wide range of categories throughout Queensland. This on-going commitment to excellence ensures our state’s hotels are some of the best in Australia.
The annual QHA Awards for Excellence provides a prime opportunity to showcase your venues and staff and encourages you to be proud of your achievements. For the winners, it also brings additional marketing, advertising and media opportunities that are invaluable to your hotel. All award winners are presented with a plaque for display in the venue as well as an electronic winner’s certificate and logo which can be used for your hotel’s own marketing and promotional campaign. Further to this, QHA award winners and finalists are the most highly recommended providers by the QHA and are marketed within their own rights via all QHA collateral including the QHA Review magazine, social media and word of mouth.
Nominating member venues and individual staff is simple and inexpensive. Our industry judges will then critique the nominations and if applicable, attend your venue via an anonymous site visit. Winners of the QHA Awards for Excellence will be announced at the annual Gala Dinner and Presentation evening, being held at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre on Monday 13th June 2022.
