In 2022 the Conference will include a Moot with Fair Work Commission Member, Commissioner Spencer, presiding over it.

Facilitated by Nate Burke, a Conciliator with the Fair Work Commission, the Moot is an opportunity for registrants to participate in an interactive learning environment and learn about a General Protections conciliation process, as well as what to expect if you find yourself involved with an application.
