At present, video conferencing is the only way we are delivering QHA RMLV and GNT, due to the COVID-19 emergency. This way of conducting training has been going well as QHA industry trainers and indeed, hotel licensees and staff, get used to presenting or receiving training in this manner. We are using the Zoom video conferencing service, which appears the most appropriate. It’s fairly easy to work with Zoom, even if you have little computer knowledge, so don’t be put off by the technology – we can help you connect if required.
