The QHA has updated its Casual Conversion Fact Sheet.
The updated version can be accessed HERE.
The fact sheet itself has not changed, the checklist has been updated to clarify the notification requirements if an employee accepts conversion and two new template letters have been included to assist members to comply with the casual conversion provisions, these are:
- Attachment G: Acceptance of Employer Offer to convert to casual employment template
- Acceptance H: Refusal of Employer offer to convert from casual employment template
