- Doors will open promptly at 6:30 PM, and the event will commence at 7:00 PM. We encourage you to arrive on time to fully experience the evening’s program.
- The dress code for the event is Black-Tie. We kindly request that you dress accordingly to contribute to the elegant ambiance of the Gala Dinner.
- Please note that physical tickets will not be issued for this event. Instead, your name/s will be listed on the seating charts at the entrance. Upon arrival, kindly check the charts to find your name and corresponding table.
- In case you are unable to locate your name on the seating charts, please approach our staff before taking a seat. Each table has assigned seating, and they can be easily identified by either a Venue Name or Company Logo displayed beneath the table number.
- We regret to inform you that last-minute name changes and dietary requirements cannot be accommodated after today’s deadline. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
- Lastly, if you are feeling unwell, we kindly request that you prioritize the well-being of others and refrain from attending the event. Your consideration is greatly appreciated.
