*Eligible customers will receive from Bupa HI Pty Ltd ABN 81 000 057 590 (Bupa) an increase in their ongoing corporate discount to 12% (Additional Discount), 6 weeks free health insurance, and 2 and 6 month wait waivers on Extras, on the following terms and conditions. Eligibility: An ‘Eligible Corporate Health Insurance Policy’ is any combined Corporate Hospital and Extras product, Corporate Hospital only or Corporate Extras only product issued by Bupa (exclusions apply).
