Founded in 2017 by Dulanka and Cham, two former hotel porters, Ozone began as a housekeeping service provider and has since grown into a trusted partner for 95 hotels across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. Clients include well-known names such as Mercure Sydney, Fraser Suites, Novotel on Collins, and Emporium Southbank.
Recognising the daily link between clean rooms and fresh linen, the team saw a clear opportunity. In 2024, after a careful one-year trial in Brisbane, Ozone Linen Services was launched. This new venture brings housekeeping and laundry together, offering hotels a single, reliable solution.
What makes Ozone different is focus. Unlike traditional linen providers that serve several industries, Ozone works exclusively with hotels. Every facility, every process, and every team is designed with the hospitality industry in mind. That means better coordination, faster response times, and a sharper understanding of client needs.
Their laundry operations are fitted with smart automation systems that track and fine-tune the process. This investment allows for greater consistency and helps reduce the need for rewashing and linen rejections. The goal is simple: cut industry waste in half and keep hotel operations running without interruption.
Ozone’s growth is backed by a partnership with hospitality entrepreneur Paul Fischmann, founder of 8Hotels. With his support, the team is preparing to open new facilities in New South Wales and Victoria before the end of the year.
