During 2017 and in early 2018 the Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2010 (HIGA) was varied with respect to a number of conditions including the payment of wages, annual leave, part time employment and overtime for casual employees. As these changes have the potential to impact on a business’s wages bill, it's important to be aware of all award conditions and how they apply to your staff.
