recognise signs of people impacted by gambling harm and address them.
2) Connecting with patrons: This interactive workshop is designed to give participants
the tools to communicate empathetically and effectively
with customers, patrons and co-workers.
3) Self-Care for staff: Focusing on how staff take care of themselves to maintain and improve their mental health and wellbeing.
