Due to the impact of COVID-19, many customers have closed or have not operated Postmix (PMX) or Frozen (FCB) equipment since the Mandatory shutdown of Pubs, Clubs, Restaurant and Cafés in March.

As such, to maintain the health and safety of these products and your customers, your PMX and or FCB machines will need to be sanitised and restarted by a trained CCA Technician to ensure that CCA products are safe for consumption and the equipment is restarted correctly to avoid damage.

Please DO NOT for any reason try to restart your equipment if it has been turned off. Damage will likely occur and further delay the time that it will take to get your equipment back up and running.

Likewise, if your equipment has not been used for over 30 days, your system will require sanitisation of certain components and a water filter change. Using the equipment prior to sanitisation could result in a health and safety issue for your venue.

Please contact your Coca-Cola Amatil Sales Representative ASAP and provide them with the current status of your equipment if you have not already done so. A CCA representative will then contact you to schedule a time to get your equipment operationally ready.
