Our unique point of difference is our recruited staff can stay with your organisations for up to 4 years - helping increase productivity and stability in kitchen teams. Whilst being flexible enough to release the staff back to our pool with 30 days notice if you require.
All star are interviewed in Fiji in person, and have a minimum of 5 years experience. They are dedicated hard working, and reliable for the full 4 years. We also provided short term “peak season” staffing solutions with working holiday makers.
Our head office is here in Adelaide and we also specialise in regional placements where finding and holding staff is challenging.
