As we mark Queensland Mental Health Week, Queensland Government are delighted to launch our new advertising campaign promoting the network of Small Business Wellness Coaches and associated support.

The new campaign encourages small business owners to think about themselves as their business’ greatest asset and ensure they are getting the support they need to keep their business running smoothly. The campaign will work to connect Queensland small business owners with the new business wellness coaches who will help with the stresses and pressures of running a business.

These wellness coaches have been appointed in Cairns, Mackay, Toowoomba, North and South Brisbane and very soon in Townsville and will join the more than 40 existing rural, tourism and small business financial counsellors who are helping businesses who are doing it tough.

The coaches and the campaign are part of the $8.76 million Small Business Wellness Package being rolled out across the state. The package includes a $3 million Small Business Support Service Fund to assist with alleviating stresses for small business owners and the extension of the successful education program ‘Small Business Smile4Biz’, developed by the Kingaroy Chamber of Commerce, to deliver local mental health supports by more chambers of commerce across Queensland.

The advertising campaign starts today (October 13) and will roll out across statewide radio, First Nations community radio and a range of digital and social media channels up to December 5.

A range of promotional materials are available for your organisation to use to help promote the Small Business Wellness Coaches and package of services across your networks.
